User Base Description for ED722

This user base description has been developed for a hands-on lab workshop I will be presenting to teachers of grades 6-12.  

The workshop is entitled "Teaching Over the Internet: A New Set of Skills."  It is a PowerPoint presentation that I have saved as html and uploaded to my web site.  It includes evaluation activities for the participants to complete.
