Michael E. Beer is an attorney, admitted to practice in New 
York (1/92), New Jersey (12/91) and the local Federal Courts. 
He holds a JD from Touro Law Center (1991), where he was 
Associate Editor of the Law Review.  He is a graduate
of Queens College - CUNY with a BA in Accounting (5/88).

Mr. Beer spent a number of years with a commercial litigation firm
in New York City, and now has his own office is located in 
Woodmere, New York.

Mr. Beer's areas of Practice include Defense of Traffic Violations 
including Speeding & Redlights, DWI, Overweight and Overlength 
trucks, Construction Law, Real Estate and Commercial Litigation.

Mr. Beer has been featured on Television News with regards to the 
policies and procedures of the New York State Department of Motor
Vehicles, and he is presently the Vice President of the Association 
of Motor Vehicle Trial Attorneys.
