Prostate Cancer Petition

A major effort mounting to support making Prostate Cancer a government
spending priority. Right now it is not. It gets only about 80 million a year,
while Prostate Cancer accounts for 24% of all diagnosed cancers in the U.S. A
complete information packet is available from the National Prostate Cancer
Coalition (NPCC). The NPCC is made up of survivors and loved ones who have died.
It has support from participating chapters of the American Cancer Society. For
more information, please contact Bob Samules, President of NPCC. (813) 253-0541
(Tampa, FL).
The NPCC wants to get a million signatures by the third week in September, which
is National Prostate Cancer week. YOU CAN HELP IN SEVERAL WAYS:

1)- The obvious way is to publicize this effort. It is a good show idea.
2)- Circulate the petition below at work or to friends.

National Coalition of Free Men is trying to help by spreading the word through
e-mail. If you can please pass this on to anyone or group you know through
e-mail.

Look for the September issue of Men's Health Magazine (out in August).
They will be helping by publicizing this petition drive.
THANKS!
