Xina's tacos

Start out with a package of corn tortillas, some lettuce, some cheese, and a can of Old El Paso refried beans...
put the tortillas out flat on a hot surface, like a sidewalk or rooftop...they'll kind of get flat and relax. Pop the top off the can of beans; spoon beans on the tortillas, then sprinkle with grated cheese (Oaxacan goat cheese is good)...the sun should start melting the cheese and heating things up, but Xina tends to get impatient and hungry and just stares at the beans til they start steaming....that's when it's ready, when it's hot. Then put some lettuce on, and some salsa if you have some. Man, I love tacos.
