Most towns in Spain have a street they call "Las Ramblas".

This technically translates to "the rambles", which is the street where residents stroll or ramble for hours each evening.

Walking up and down Las Ramblas in Barcelona is a wonderful experience.

It's almost as if you stepped into a storybook.

Las Ramblas runs from Placa de la Pau to the Christopher Columbus monument at the city's main harbor.

Lined with buildings and shops of Spanish architecture on both sides, the median is full of street performers like mimes, jugglers, caricature artists, pupeteers, and musical performers.

The scents from the flower stands and food vendors leaves you with a clear and wonderful memory of your time there.

Here's some Spanish dancers for your viewing pleasure.
