I've never seen a Fairy
But i know just where she'd hide
I'm sure i've found her hollow tree
'Cos when i peep inside
I see a cobweb cover
Moss pillow for her head
A little glow worm night-light
(I think she reads in bed)
There's her toadstool table
And on it i can see
A gumnut cup and saucer
For her morning cup of tea
I think the fairy's hiding
In the shadows out of sight
I'll go back home to dinner now
And to her i will write
A teeny weeny letter
"I'd love to meet you, Fairy
Will you please come out and play!"
