Essential Oils
Reflexology- Is a science based on the premise that there are zones and reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all glands, organs, and systems of the body. The physical act of applying specific pressure using thumb, finger, and hand techniques to these reflex areas results in the reduction of stress, which promotes physiological changes in the body.
Essential Oils- Ancient records indicate that this was mankind's first medicine. Essential oils were used by Christ and biblical prophets like Abraham and Moses, as well as kings, priests, emperors, and pharaohs from different cultures and time, to promote youthfulness, beauty and protection from disease and plagues of their day. Science continues to validate the powerful use of essential oils and their antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal and immune-stimulating properties.
People find Reflexology to be very helpful with sports injuries, headaches, back aches, indigestion, insomnia, stress and tension, female problems, menopause, and much more.  Often it can dramatically help any problem that massage acupressure or meridian therapies help.
