12-28-98
Hi Neighbor:
Enclosed are my personal QDM history and the 1998 hunting experiences, so I’ll try to keep this short. I had a ball in 1998 working with Mr. Mark Yenkel on his DMU 107 proposal. It was interesting, eye opening and enjoyable. Watching our people perform and help others, like at jay’s kids day and our seminar made me proud. The 1999 educational seminar will be held at Jays on Sept. 18th. We have scheduled raffle ticket sale days at Jays as follows.
July 16 thou 18th – Side walk sales
Aug. 14th – Kids day
Sept. 4th & 5th – Labor Day weekend
Sept. 11th & 12th – Anniversary fall sales
Sept. 18th – QDM educational seminar
It’s been mentioned that we have a web page on the Internet, well let me mention it again (https://members.tripod.com/~mmbqdm/index.html). You gotta check it out. Thanks Boyd, for a job well done! Also enclosed is our annual questionnaire, which I hope you all fill out and send back. Also please tell us your 1998 hunting story with pictures. You don’t have to make it as long as mine. In addition to two bucks taken (6pt. With bow by guest and my 8 pt.) There were 12 anterless deer harvested. On this up coming meeting of Jan. 9th, we will vote for board of directors. The term will be for two years and nine will be elected. The following are 11 nominations, (all good people). Additional nominations prior to voting will be accepted.
Let me close by wishing everyone the best for the New Year and may the glistening snowflakes that fall on your red cheeks melt into the only teardrops visible. Keep the fun in hunting
Ed Spinazzola
