Meet a cop/lawyer who's been around the block a few times...but still gets lost. Director Carl Reiner (The Jerk), with the help of a side-splitting screenplay by David O'Malley, spoofs a slew of suspense thrillers (just try to count them all!) in this killer comedy chock-full of non-stop laughs. Armand Assante (The Mambo Kings) stars as Ned Ravine, a full-time cop and part-time lawyer with no time to lose against three femme fatales. Kate Nelligan (The Prince Of Tides) is his wife, who plots his murder with her "handy-with-his-tools" auto mechanic/lover, Christopher McDonald (Thelma & Louise). Sherilyn Fenn (Twin Peaks) is his overly dedicated secretary, who couldn't possibly want him for his mind, so goes for his body. And Sean Young (No Way Out) plays a seductive client who wants him in bed - or dead. A hilarious parody of the suspense thriller genre, Fatal Instinct also features a host of famous faces including Tony Randall, Clarence Clemons (formerly of the E Street Band), Eartha Kitt, Bob Uecker and more!
