There's a place where only a thin blue line divides the good guys from the bad, and now that line has been crossed by racist cops with a brutal code of their own. Michael Rhodes (Mario Van Peebles - Soho, Posse, New Jack City) is well aware that his fellow policemen are racist, but it's worse than that. After witnessing brutal acts of hate, intimidation and murder, he embarks on a zealous pursuit of justice, but what Rhodes has yet to discover is that the criminals on the street are nothing compared to those in blue.
