When a madman targets our nation for nuclear destruction, there's only one man who's got what it takes to wipe him out. Action superstar Dolph Lundgren lays down the law with fists flying and guns blazing in an explosive, pulse-pounding race against time, technology and terror. Air Force Major Frank Cross (Lundgren) is a hero with his own code of honor. His latest unauthorized stunt has the top brass talking court martial. However, the media-savvy President (Roy Scheider) has other plans: Cross is assigned to carry the commander-in-chief's "black bag" - a high-tech briefcase containing launch codes for America's entire thermonuclear arsenal. When a team of mercenaries steal the black bag, Cross is suddenly thrust into a battle to stop their murderous leader (Michael Sarrazin) from turning America into a nuclear wasteland.
