MERLIN NETWORK ONE TO CHANGE ONE SW FREQUENCY
London, 7 July 1998 - Merlin Network One, with effect from 15 July 1998, will broadcast on a new frequency between 19.00-21.00GMT.
Merlin Network One will, from 15 July, changes frequencies during the 1900-2100GMT strand of its programming to 15565 kHz.
Eric Wiltsher, commenting on the change, said, "To many this may seem like a trivial announcement. However, the impact on listeners will be great. "The technicians supporting Merlin Network One are always striving to improve reception and this is further proof of their dedication to our audience. "The slight change of frequency will provide Merlin Network One with an even clearer signal in some parts of the world".
Merlin Network One broadcasts via the Astra satellite to the UK; to Continental Europe via satellite and shortwave, and around the world on shortwave.

Communications International is delighted to confirm the
reception and contact details for the recently announced Merlin
Network One service for International Specialist Broadcasters.
Merlin Network One will air the trial broadcasts every Wednesday
starting 8 April.
