"Witches Hats"


You'll need:

Keebler® fudge striped cookies
Hershey® Kisses
Orange decorator icing


Turn cookies upside down so that
the chocolate side is up.

Use the orange decorator icing to
pipe around the hole in the center
of each cookie.

Place an unwrapped Kiss on the
icing circle.

Finish by piping around the base of
the kiss and drawing a little bow.





"Ghostly Candy Sticks"


You'll need:

White Chocolate
Mini Chocolate Chips
Craft Sticks


Grate & melt white chocolate in a
double boiler or in microwave oven;
stir until smooth.

Line baking sheet with aluminum foil
and grease lightly.

For each ghost, place one craft
stick on baking sheet.
Spoon melted white chocolate over
stick in a ghost shape;
place two mini choc.chips for eyes.

Refrigerate until firm.





"Chocolate Spiders"


You'll need:

12 oz Twizzlers; chocolate flavor
4 oz Milk chocolate candy melts


Cut twizzlers into 1 1/2" pieces.
Slice each piece in half lengthwise.

On waxed paper place 4 legs (pieces)
on each side and then drop 1 tsp
melted candy in middle for body.

Use a toothpick to smooth to uniform
circle and connect all candy pieces.

Cool completely before removing
from waxed paper.





"Crispy Caterpillar Cocoons"


You'll need:

8 ounce Tube Crescent Rolls
8 Brown & serve sausages
1 Squeeze bottle Yellow Mustard


Preheat the oven according to
directions on crescent roll package.

Prepare the sausages according to
package directions.

Remove the cooked sausages from frying
pan and place them on paper towels.
Allow them to cool for 10-15 minutes.
Carefully cut the sausages in half
lengthwise.

Then use the rounded tip of a carrot
peeler to scoop out a long, shallow
trough down the length of each half.
Squeeze a thin line of mustard
into each trough.

Separate the cresent roll dough into its
precut triangle pieces, and lay them
flat on an ungreased cookie sheet.

To form insect larve, take two sausage
halves and, with their mustard sides
touching, put them together.

Wrap a whole larve in cresent roll triangle,
place on a baking sheet and bake according
to package instructions.

Allow to cool about 15 minutes before
enjoying their tender torsos.





"HALLOWEEN PIZZA"


You'll need:

1 lb Frozen bread dough -- thawed
2 tsp Vegetable oil
1 C. Mozzarella cheese -- shredded
1 can -15 oz Tomato sauce
1 Tbsp Onion -- minced
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dried Sweet Basil
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
2 C. Cheddar cheese -- shredded
4 oz Pepperoni or salami -- sliced
Green pepper strips
Ripe olives -- sliced


Heat oven to 325-degrees.
Divide thawed dough in half.
Roll and stretch each half into 10-12"
circle on lightly-floured baking sheet.
Turn up edges 1/2" and pinch or pleat.
Brush circles with oil; sprinkle with
mozzarella cheese.

Mix tomato sauce, onion, salt, oregano
and garlic powder; pour on circles.
Top with cheddar cheese.

Decorate with overlapping pepperoni
slices around edge of pizzas, olive
slices for eyes, and green pepper strips
for eyebrows, noses and smiles.
Bake until crust is brown, 20-25 minutes.

Makes 2 / 10-12" pizzas





"Glowing Jack-O-Lantern Cookies"


1/2 C. Butter
1 C. Granulated sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
2 C. Flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Milk
Orange and green food coloring
1 - 5 oz pkg Lemon drops


Preheat oven to 350.

Cover 3 cookie sheets with foil.

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and
vanilla. Beat in flour, baking powder
and salt. Add milk if batter is too stiff.

Color all but 1/8 of dough orange and
color rest green.
Roll 1" balls from the orange dough
and flatten with your hand to make
a pumpkin shape.
Place on cookie sheets.

Roll stems out of the green dough and
attach to the top of the "punkin".
Carefully cut out wide spaces for the
eyes, nose and mouth with a knife.
Fill holes in with crushed lemon candy.

Bake 8-10 minutes or until done.

DO NOT ALLOW TO BROWN.

Allow to cool for 10 minutes and
carefully peel off foil.

Note:

Crush lemon drops in food processor.
If mixture becomes stickey, add a
little powdered sugar while chopping.





"Ghoul-Ade Punch"


You'll need:

1 package Kool-aid grape unsweet
1 package Kool-aid orange unsweet
2 C. Sugar
3 quarts Water -- cold
1 quart Ginger ale -- chilled


Mix all together in punch bowl.

NOTE:

This will be black as midnight
and frightfully delicious!!

For an added touch.. float a hand on top..
Put water in a new-unpowdered rubber glove.
Secure end of glove and freeze flat.
Cut off glove after frozen..

Makes 20 servings.
