This is rap for us white guys. Even the otherwise simple song gets extra syllables, "Fol-la-la-low the sun." So fun. Jason Mraz captures well a youthful joy in language: "Over and over, in Dover." "Waiting For My Rocket To Come" succeeds best at the playful moments but captures other moods and stances as well, displaying a maturity beyond the youth the writer. "All about the wordplay," he sings in "Too Much Food." Overall and briefly, this is a treat.
