The scene in the back of this
candelabra expresses the agony of  war!
Guns are spitting in all directions;
people are in shock; homes are
crumbling; fire is raging everywhere.
The snow-white dove flying over the
scene, is carrying an olive branch in its eak.
It symbolizes the hope for peace
and serves as the shamash.
The sides are engraved with
quatations from biblical and other
Jewish sources relating to war and
peace.
