Warning
Be advised Win 98 uses a file called VCM
Version Conflict Manager
This file Disables MS Competitors software.  It will change the DLLs of software
without notifying you of the existance of VCM and the changeing of DLLs.
VCM will keep track of the disabled files and provideds a "hidden" way to switch
the files back.  If a newer DLL is installed (Installing a Program after VCM and 98 messes with a program) the VCM will hide (Disable) the DLL.
