Cherry Almond Drops

Ingredients: 
3 Cups Basic Cookie Mix
1 Each Egg
1 Tsp. Almond Extract
2/3 Cup Cherries (Maraschino); chopped
1/2 Cup Almonds (Chopped)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375
1. Mix cookie mix, egg, and almond extract.
2. Stir in cherries and almonds.
3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake until light golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
5. Cool one minute before removing from cookie sheet.
