1 | Tsp. | Orange Peel; Grated | |||||||||||

Instructions: | |||||||||||||
1. Combine Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt in a medium bowl. | |||||||||||||
2. Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixer bowl until creamy. | |||||||||||||
3. Beat in pumpkin, egg, orange juice, and orange peel until combined. | |||||||||||||
4. Gradually beat in flour mixture until combined. | |||||||||||||
5. Drop cookies by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. | |||||||||||||
6. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until edges are set. | |||||||||||||
7. Remove cookies immediatley to wire rack to cool completely. | |||||||||||||
8. Spread cokies with orange icing. | |||||||||||||

1. Combine powdered sugar, orange peel and enough orange juice in a medium bowl to the desired consistancy. | |||||||||||||
