2 | Tbsp. | Milk | |||||||||
3/4 | Cup | Sugar (Brown); Packed | |||||||||
1/2 | Cup | Sugar (Granulated) | |||||||||
1 | Each | Egg | |||||||||
1.50 | Tsp. | Vanilla Extract | |||||||||
1.75 | Cup | Flour (All Purpose) | |||||||||
1 | Tsp. | Baking Soda | |||||||||
1/2 | Tsp. | Salt | |||||||||
6 | Oz. | White Chocolate (Chips) | |||||||||
1 | Cup | Pecans ; Coarsly Chopped | |||||||||
Instructions: | |||||||||||
1. Cream Butter Flavor Crisco and milk in a large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. | |||||||||||
2. Add brown and granulated sugar gradually. | |||||||||||
3. Beat in egg and vanilla. | |||||||||||
4. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. | |||||||||||
5. Add to creamed mixture. Mix well. | |||||||||||
6. Stir in white chocolate and nuts. | |||||||||||
7. Drop level measuring tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. | |||||||||||
8. Bake for 8 minutes. | |||||||||||
I have been known to interchange the white chocolate chips and the pecans with hershey's raspberry chocolate chips and Craisins... dangerously good! | |||||||||||
