white chocolate nut cookies

Ingredients: 
1 Cup Crisco (Butter Flavored)
2 Tbsp. Milk
3/4 Cup Sugar (Brown); Packed
1/2 Cup Sugar (Granulated)
1 Each Egg
1.50 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1.75 Cup Flour (All Purpose)
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Salt
6 Oz. White Chocolate (Chips)
1 Cup Pecans ; Coarsly Chopped

Instructions:
1. Cream Butter Flavor Crisco and milk in a large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
2. Add brown and granulated sugar gradually.
3. Beat in egg and vanilla.
4. Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
5. Add to creamed mixture. Mix well.
6. Stir in white chocolate and nuts.
7. Drop level measuring tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
8. Bake for 8 minutes.  
I have been known to interchange the white chocolate chips and the pecans with hershey's raspberry chocolate chips and Craisins... dangerously good!
