Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients:
1 Cup Butter (Unsalted)
1.25 Cup Sugar (Granulated)
2 Each Egg
2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Cup Flour (All Purpose)
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Salt
2 Tbs. Milk
2 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Tsp. Cinnamon (Ground)
2 Cup Cranberries (Dried)

Instructions:
1. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy, beat in eggs, vanilla and milk.
2. In a separate bowl combine oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt.
3. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture and stir until combined.
4. Stir in cranberries.
5. Divide dough in half, roll into log about 1.5 inches in diameter.
6. Refrigerate until firm. Best left in freezer overnight.
7. Slice logs into cookies, bake on parchment lined cookie sheets leaving 1.5" between cookies.
8. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Cool on wire rack.
