Vinegar Cookies

Yield: 48 Cookies   Oven Temp: 350 F  Prep. Time: min.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Butter (Softened)
1 Cup Sugar (Granulated)
1.50 Cup Flour (All Purpose)
1 Tbs. Vinegar
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda

Instructions:
1. In large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat butter with sugar until blended.
2. Increase speed to high and beat until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
3. At low speed, beat in flour, vinegar, and baking soda until mixed, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula.
4. Mold dough into logs no bigger then 3/4" in diameter and wrap in waxed paper.
5. Freeze 1 hour or overnight.
6. Slice dough no thicker then 1/4" and place 2" apart on parchment lined cookie sheets.
6. Bake 17 to 20 minutes, until cookies are set and edges are golden.
