Ingredients: | ||||
1 | Cup | Butter (Softened) | ||
1 | Cup | Sugar (Granulated) | ||
1.50 | Cup | Flour (All Purpose) | ||
1 | Tbs. | Vinegar | ||
1/2 | Tsp. | Baking Soda | ||
Instructions: | ||||
1. In large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat butter with sugar until blended. | ||||
2. Increase speed to high and beat until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. | ||||
3. At low speed, beat in flour, vinegar, and baking soda until mixed, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula. | ||||
4. Mold dough into logs no bigger then 3/4" in diameter and wrap in waxed paper. | ||||
5. Freeze 1 hour or overnight. | ||||
6. Slice dough no thicker then 1/4" and place 2" apart on parchment lined cookie sheets. | ||||
6. Bake 17 to 20 minutes, until cookies are set and edges are golden. | ||||
