| Ingredients: | |||||||||
| 1 | Box | Cake Mix | (Lemon) | ||||||
| 1 | Each | Egg | |||||||
| 4 | Oz. | Cool Whip | (Thawed) | ||||||
| 1/5 | Cup | Sugar | (Confectioners') | ||||||

| Instructions: | |||||||||
| 1. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg and topping. Batter will be very stiff. | |||||||||
| 2. Drop teaspoonful of dough into confectioners' sugar. Roll into 1" balls using sugar to keep dough off hands. | |||||||||
| 3. Place balls of dough 2" apart on a greased baking sheet. | |||||||||
| 4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown on bottoms. | |||||||||
| 5. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely. | |||||||||
