Lemon Kiss Cookies

Yield: 72 Cookies Oven Temp: 375 F Prep. Time: 10 min.

Ingredients:
2.75 Cup Flour (All Purpose)
1.5 Cup Butter (Softened)
3/4 Cup Sugar (Granulated)
1 Tbs. Lemon Extract
1.5 Cup Almonds (Chopped)
14 Oz. Hershey's Kisses

Instructions:
1. In large bowl beat butter, sugar and lemon extract until light and fluffy.
2. Add flour and almonds, beat at low speed until well blended.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
5. Shape 1-Tbs. dough around each candy kiss, covering completely.
6. Roll in hand to form ball.
7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
8. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until set and edges are slightly brown.
9. Cool for one minute before removing from cookie sheet.
10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
