Apricot Coconut Balls

Prep. Time: 30 min.

Ingredients: 
1.5 Cup Apricot (Dried); chopped
2 Cup Coconut (Shredded)
2/3 Cup Milk (Sweetened Condensed)
1 Each Sugar (Confectioners')

Instructions:
1. Mix apricots and coconut.
2. Add milk and blend well.
3. Shape into balls.
4. Roll into powdered sugar.
5. Let stand until firm.
Place in glass jar to freeze.
