6 | Oz. | Chocolate Pieces (Semisweet) | |||||||||||
3 | Tbs. | Corn Syrup | (Light) | ||||||||||
1/2 | Can (Small) | Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate | |||||||||||
2.5 | Cup | Vanilla Wafers (Crushed) | |||||||||||
1 | Cup | Pecans (Crushed) | |||||||||||
Instructions: | |||||||||||||
1. Melt chocolate chips in medium pan over low heat. | |||||||||||||
2. Stir in 1/2-cup sugar, corn syrup and juice. | |||||||||||||
3. Combine cookies and nuts in bowl stir in chocolate mixture. | |||||||||||||
4. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar. | |||||||||||||
5. Store in container at room temperature for 1 week before serving. | |||||||||||||
