THANKS FOR PLAYING!

Well, that's it for now. But thanks for coming along on the Bradtrek! I will soon be including more pages, and other fun things to do, but I think I have wasted enough time, making this, for this week. I'll try to get some sound, animations, downloads and god knows what else, to make the whole thing bigger and better. (And yes, I will get someone to check my spelling next time)!

THANKS FOR BRADTREKING!

WOW, I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU'RE STILL READING THIS. NOW FOR THE CONTRAVERTIAL SERIOUS BIT!

It is no secret that I am concerned about YK2000 (The Millennium Bug). What is most worrying about the situation is that most people seem to pay it little mind. What is at stake is our whole way of life because just about everything, now days, is run or influenced by computers. I have heard many different predictions of what will occur. Some say that the whole world will crash into anarchy, while others say there will be a slight increase in the cost of living and some inconveniences for a few months. Whatever the case, the fact remains that there will be some kind of consequence. On this everyone, in the know, agrees. I have a friend telling me to grow vegetables in the back garden so that we will not be affected by "the enevedable, world wide food shortage"."Planes will crash, stock markets will crash, Governments will crash, all because computers will crash!", so he says. I don't know how great the effects will be but I am quite sure that there will be an effect and that it will be unpleasant. So why are many, seemingly intelligent, people so apathetic towards it?

"All that is required for evil to triumph, is for good men to do nothing!" - (I can't remeber who's quote this is but it appears to be disturbingly relevant.)

Number of people who have completed the Bradtrek. Not that hard is it? all you have to do is scroll, click and read! (Ahh yes; the Reading).
