1. Write the words WINSTON CHURCHILL.
2. Change each C to an M.
3. Replace the third vowel from the left with the letter A.
4. Replace the eighth consonant from the right with the letter H.
5. Insert the letter T smack dab in the middle.
6. Change HA to AH.
7. Exchange the second consonant from the right with the third vowel from the left.
8. Change the first T to an I.
9. Exchange the ninth consonant from the left with the fifth vowel from the right.
10. Replace the twelfth consonant from the left with the letter N.
11. Replace the third consonant from the right with the letter E.
