This is the second set of Military Stamp from China. In the early 50's, China issued a set of three Military Stamps. This trial only lasted a very short period of time and now the blue one is very rare and precious. This new one was issued on August 1, 1995 for another trial within the military forces in three provinces of northern China, Liao Ning, Ji Lin and Hei Longjiang. However, it did not have a better luck. It's no longer allowed to be used or trade in the market. The underground market value for this set of stamp is soaring rapidly in China.
