Peach Champagne Slush
Ingredients
4 1/2 cup fresh peaches-peeled and sliced
1 cup pink champagne
1/3 cup powdered sugar
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend til well combined but there are still small chunks of the peaches.
Pour mixture into a shallow baking dish and freeze for 3 hours.
Let stand at room temperature til mixture is slushy.
Scoop into champagne glasses to serve.
