Stained Glass Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 egg
3 cups mini colored marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup coconut
Directions
Melt chocolate chips and margarine in a heavy pan over low heat.
Remove from heat and add beaten egg slowly.
Let cool 15 minutes.
Gently add marshmallows and nuts.
Chill in refrigerator 30 minutes.
Form into a large log and roll in coconut.
Wrap in waxed paper and chill several hours before cutting in slices.
Makes approximately 4 dozen.
