• Municipal bylaws cover zoning
• You need to check zoning laws for your community
• The zoning for your community determines what is and isn't allowed as a business activity from your home

Business License

• Your Professional Organizing does not require a business license
• In any case you must check with your Municipal's planning office.

Business Name Registration

• You do not need to register if your using your own name spelled out.
• If your using any other name or even if you abbreviated your name, you need to register.
• Highly reccommended you do a name search. Better be safe than sorry, you don't want to be using another company's name.
