Sam Metzger is a 18 year old alumnus of Ottawa-Glandorf High School. He has been quizzing for five years and this was his last year. he has two younger brothers, Matt and Peter. Being the smart person that he is, he likes the University of Michigan. He was sitting in the driver's side captain's chair during the accident.
He is going to LeTourneau University in Texas this fall. He will major in Aeronautical Science.
He takes flying lessons at Bluffton airport.
In his spare time he enjoys sitting on his younger brothers, flying upside down, and hula dancing. (there's a mental picture)
