This webring was started August 4, l998 in order to enable more people to view creative homepages. Below are a few guidelines that must be followed if you'd like to join our ring.
Guidelines
1. No commercial sites.
2. Only G rated sites allowed. No pornography, racism, or other hate sites. No animal cruelty sites.
3. Once you send the form to join, you must put the html,which is below the form, on your page within 2 weeks. Please email us when this is done so we can add you to the Ring. If not, we will be forced to remove your homepage.
