10 hrs. of observing, interviewing, assisting with the focus on evidence you see of students' being helped learn more and deeper through assessment, inclusion, discipline, management, and learning theory/approaches-- the focal questions of the course. Hrs may be documented on the following FORM, accompanied by a 1-3 page summary of what you LEARNED and would RECOMMEND, placed inside your Portfolio.
