ED. 251 FIELD EXPERIENCE

Observing, Interviewing, Assisting--15 hours documented--trying to identify the most effective teachers and to find out what characterizes their teaching, motivates their work, brings them satisfaction, and creates meaningful challenges for them. A secondary focus is to survey the types of schools you might teach in, including urban, suburban, private, charter, etc. Interview and observation notes are to be attached to a 1-3 page summary paper describing what you learned and re-learned. 15 hours are to be documented on the following FORM.
