Vienna Communications Charter School is instrumental in providing teachers with professional development in families and community involvement. Such development is a critical part of effective partnerships. The most significant feature of professional development is that it is continuous throughout the school year. Since our school is technology based, in order to keep up with the current trends in technology and the arts, our professional development program will incorporate:

• Teachers meeting frequently with the staff of the Community
• Internship Program.

• Through grants, teachers will attend conferences and workshops that fit into our technological programs and quality practices.
