Righhhhhht, well I work voluntarily at Cardiff/s Ecocentre and cybercafe, Ecocentrig and do all my spodding from there aswell.
Yup, true metaller, that's me. I usually hang around Bogiez Rock club, and Rock Inferno at Clwb Ifor Bach, both in Cardiff, and get drunk.
I also drum for 3 Cardiff/Newport based bands..
Remember PARRICIDE ??? Well we've changed the name now, to THE LOVE GRID. The music's just the same tho, maybe a little more off the wall, but still basically technical speedy groovy death metal. When we're not playing death metal, we put an Iron Maiden set together and go under a variety of different names, The Iron Grid being just one of them. Check the pages...
Staying with the death metal scene, I also drum for Newport's DESECRATION. I'm told that there is a webpage somewhere, but I can't seem to find it, so I made my own, so for any news, look here first!
Lastly, but not leastly, I also rock it up with STORMCROW, a Cardiff based Classic Rock type band who you'll see at any decent venue in Cardiff.
Still on the live music thing, I drive for the Cardiff SU Live Music Society which is a society dedicated to setting up gigs and things for local student based bands, and also to arrange trips to go to see various live shows around Cardiff and the rest of the country (and abroad if you include England!).
