"Country Festival"
This darling dress has two collar options, a Peter Pan such as is shown in the photos below, or a large round Bertha. The collars can each be used alone, the Peter Pan on top of the Bertha, or you can take a slightly larger seam and make two sizes to double up the layers. A very cute design option. The sleeves are a large puffed sleeve set to a wide lower band. The circle skirt is slightly shorter than the attached ruffled petticoat.
