"Tiny Betsy Has A Party"
The drop waisted bodice of this little dress is totally lined and has slightly dropped sleeves. Two separate skirt and decorating options: Version A is a short full skirt with 1/2" (or up to 1") satin ribbon gathered in the center front to tie in a bow in the back and a bow at the neck. Version B has a long floor length skirt with an optional tulle overlay. Decorated with a ribbon tie at the waist and a satin or silk ribbon bow on each shoulder. The round 'party' hat is also decorated with a bow. Options for both could include an attached tulle or net 'can-can' to make a fuller skirt, or lace trim around the necks and hemlines.
