Goes from Vintage to Modern with a flip of the lapel. Pattern consists of a princess seam jacket with long cuffed sleeves. The round collar is made in one piece with the front lapels and can be worn as a button down jacket or the more modern look of the turned out lapels down the front of the jacket. The pencil skirt angles in to be narrower at the hem. The top is a strapless bodice that can be made as a separate or sewn to the skirt for a cocktail dress.
