"Way To Go"
The blouse is loose fitting, has a slight cap sleeve, and is long to tuck into the slacks or a skirt. The jacket is fitted and waist length but dips in the front and has wide built in lapels that turn back to show the contrasting lining. Two sleeve versions are also shown. The blouse and jacket are completely lined. The double jacket sleeve would work very well for a Victorian costume.
