A drop waist princess seam bodice, peaked at the back, is attached to a full skirt that hangs to the ankles in back and is a little shorter in front. The abbreviated bolero jacket has long sleeves and a narrow ruffle around the neck.
This dress would also be darling shortened and a full lace can-can added under the skirt.
The bodice will also stand alone as a bustier.
