you found it, the Neon Elite a part of Project A-spec. As you know Project A-spec is a race team and keeping in that tradition we race our cars. Sure we to attend car shows and even put our cars in them, but thats just get our name out there. We however are not in any way afflicated with Neon Elite out in Califorina. We just happen to share a name thats all.

Rules to join:
The rules have changed: A-spec prez. J asked to to handle all neons that want to join A-spec. If you want IN you have to E-mail me at phoenix1369@yahoo.com. You need to send me your name, the year and make of your neon, City, state, as list of your modifications, and some pics of your car. Plus you have to sport a A-spec Sticker. Sticker Prices are on the Message board and thats another thing you have to hit up the message boards, it part of being in the club.
