Hi *giggle* My names Cinnabar, and I'm a priestess of Ki, or maybe it's Amber. I forget, you know, the pretty goddess, the one they have that big marble statue of, you know. Well, actually I'm a novice pirestess. There are all those prayers to know and how to do rituals, and *sigh*, sometimes I just don't think I'll ever get it all right.

So, like, you want to know how I became a priestess? See, it's like when I was real little, back in my village in the elven woods, there was a plague and I got sick. No, really sick, with fever and shakes and I had to breathe like this (gestures with deep breaths). And so this priest came, and he was soooo nice. And he laid his hands on me and it was like, *they glowed*, and I felt all tingly and then I wasn't sick anymore. And afterwards we got to talking, andhe showed me all kinds of wonderful teachings and wisdom from the goddess and stuff. So now, I want to go around and help people just like that.

Um, I'm medium tall for an elf, and I've got yellow hair, and I usually wear this white robe, except in summer when it's too hot, and I've got a quarterstaff but I'm not really good at it yet. And I always carry my bag of herbs and medicines, because you never know when someone's going to get hurt. And people say I'm pretty, but you inow, people will say anything, do you think I'm pretty.

(Note - No one is exactly sure how Cinnabar actually got into the Edge Guard in the first place... The popular theory is clerical error.)
