- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 lb butter / margarine
- 2 lge eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup raisins

instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°
- Grease & flour 10" spring or tube pan
- Combine 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon & raisins
- Combine flour, baking powder & salt
- In small bowl mix sour cream & baking soda for 3 minutes
- In electric mixer cream butter
- Add eggs & 1 cup of sugar
- Mix until smooth
- On medium speed, alternately add flour mix & sour cream mix to butter mix / beat 6 minutes
- Add vanilla
- Gradually pour into pan sprinkling raisin mixture on each layer, ending with top
- Bake 45 min / or until toothpick comes out dry
- Cool on rack
- Freezes well
