- 1 box of graham crackers
- 4 - 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter / margarine
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 300°
- For 10" spring pan prepare graham cracker lining according to box instructions
- Warm cream cheese to room temperature
- In mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy
- Gradually add condensed milk
- Beat in eggs & vanilla
- Add flour / mix well
- Mix 1/2 of batter with cocoa
- Spoon 1/2 of vanilla batter into pie crust
- Spoon 1/2 of choc batter over vanilla batter
- Repeat once more ending with choc batter
- With knife, cut through batter to marbleize
- Bake 50 - 60 min or until center is set
- Cool on rack / refrigerate
- Makes 12 servings
