Poet X of PDX: "(Speaking of spontaneous singing [Sergeant Bilko, a few days back, I'm catching up]): A few weeks ago, about an hour after it had become dark, I was walking along the sidewalk on nearby 102nd Avenue when a young guy in a long, black leather trench coat crossed from the other side of the street to the middle of the avenue, where for a short while he continued to walk. Though it's been well over 20 years since I saw the movie, I suddenly and spontaneously burst into 'Where the boys are…' Scary! (Don't read the following if you haven't seen the movie!) But he made it safely across."
