Searching in the dark without clues or guidance for the right bear. Sound familiar?
Welcome to the bear maze. Within you will find caverns and tunnels through which to travel in search of your bear mate who has wandered into the Hundred Acre Caves, nestled in the Allegory Mountains. (Dolphin Cavern is also found in the caves - a highlight of the tour.) 
In each cavern or tunnel you can choose to move left, right, or forward. In a cavern two or even all three directions will advance you; in a tunnel either none or one direction leads further. If you find you have a reached a dead end (all three directions lead to a dark wall) you must return to a room where you chose a wrong direction.
It may help to draw the maze out as you pass along; it will sometimes saves you some steps by being on the other side of a wall you've already discovered. A tip: no dead end goes farther than 6 rooms from the correct path. Numbers that ID pages show how far you are from the entrance. (Your mate will be found in Room 33.)
