The Isle of Man has an amazing quantity of carved Crosses for such a small Island. They can be divided into three main groups "Simple","Celtic" and "Viking". THE book on the subject is P.M.C. Kermode's "Manx Crosses" which was originally published in 1907 was republished in 1994.
