"Campus Romance" turns into Christmas Romance for the whole month of December with four special episodes to warm the heart and make the holidays magical.

"Whenever we read scripts, what we keep in mind are, first of all, the 'kilig' factor and then the appeal to the masa, a feel-good, light entertainment, one which makes the audience put their feet up at the end of the day," says Lilybeth Rasonable, supervising producer of GMA's weekly top-rater. "When it comes to the leads, aside from getting established love teams, we try to experiment and come up with new pairs."

This December, "Campus Romance" has lined up exciting love stories. Rasonable adds, "This time we want the stars to portray out-of-character roles, or new personas, and not just play simple stories of people who found love. In one episode, we have Dingdong (Dantes) as an angel who falls for Antoinette (Taus). That is a first for him."

These Christmas romances will blossom in "Campus Romance," Mondays at 9:30 p.m. on GMA.
